PLACING AN ORDER:
You may place an order in store or online. 
Please allow 2-3 business days for your orders
to be processed and 3-5 business days for anything
that is customized or handmade.
Our standard method of shipping is First Class & Priority Mail
and takes anywhere from 2-4 business days once it has been
shipped. Due to Covid-19 we are experiencing longer times for
delivery. If you wish to have something go through express shipping
or overnight shipping you may select it as an option during your
checkout. 
We cannot make any delivery changes to your order after the
first 8 hours of placement. You can reach us at the number provided
in customer service should you need to make and shipping changes.
We will do our best to meet your delivery needs.

IN STORE PICKUP:
For in store pick up please allow up to 24 hours to process orders,
unless it is in stock and ready for immediate pick up. Either way,
once your order is ready for pick up, we will notify you with the
information you provided via email and/or text message.
If you see something you like, but want to make certain customizations
to your order that are not allowed on the website, please call us at
(786) 329-2956 and we would be most happy to assist you with your
questions and order.

SHIPPING POLICY:
Our shipping team is experienced in packaging orders to assure
safety of your purchased items. We are not responsible for lost or
damaged items that may occur during the transit. 
Mimosa is also not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses,
so please be sure to write your correct address upon checkout,
or call us as soon as you’ve placed your order to make any
corrections. Once proof of delivery has been provided we
are no longer responsible for your package.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, BUT…
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it’s okay!
We understand. We are more than happy to accept a return
among certain circumstances. Email us or contact us regarding
your case for authorization regarding a return. We are flexible.
Things happen.
We do exchange pieces that have not been used if you are not
happy with that purchase, all exchanges must be made within
the first 14 days of purchase. Any party making an exchange is
responsible for the return shipping.
We will replace a damaged or defective item as a courtesy within
the first 30 days. Jewelry care instructions are provided in each
order/package as well as listed on the website. If the piece is
custom we will provide a repair within the first 90 days to your order.
We do charge a repair fee when you’re outside of warranty. Again reach
us in the email provided for special cases.
